I designed the UX/UI for the 'Safe Home' mobile application, a service tailored for residents of modern residential complexes. The app’s primary function is to simplify building access using a digital key integrated with smart locks, offering seamless and secure entry. Additional features include direct communication with the property management company, utility payments, real-time monitoring of surveillance cameras, intercom access, and generating temporary guest keys for controlled visitor entry. During the design process, I prioritized creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface, ensuring accessibility for all age groups, including children and elderly residents. The workflow involved: Research and Analysis: Understanding the needs of residents and property managers across participating countries, including Russia and Kazakhstan. User Experience Design: Developing a friendly, streamlined interface focused on effortless navigation and usability. UI Development: Designing a clean, modern interface with accessible visuals and interactive elements. Prototyping and Testing: Iterating on user feedback to ensure functionality, accessibility, and satisfaction.
